Use the Dock or the Front Counter

Customers could sign at the front counter or leave a ticket at the dock. Both reached the same coffee can of receipts.

Same idea here: the HTML guestbook and POST /api/guestbook write the same ledger. GET /api/orders and the staff-published cards are one special-order book.
