When the Road to the County Line Floods

Spring floods closed the county road without apology. Deliveries were marked attempted, not abandoned, and finished when the water dropped.

Treat timeouts and 5xx pages the same way: log the attempt, back off, try later. Do not hammer a sick endpoint.

The archive will still be here when the road is clear.
